Pearl Harbor

Pearl  Harbor

I was walking down the street,
But there was pain in my feet.
I saw the beach,
Smelled like a fresh peach.

I heard the planes,
As they shook the sugar canes.
They started shooting,
As they were parachuting.

As loud as an alarm,
They shot someone in the arm.
I started running home,
My eyes started to foam.

By now I was crying,
But I was really trying.
With the Japs over head,
And part of the army dead.

When the japs retreated,
America wasn’t defeated.
It started getting harder,
Right after pearl harbor.
